“A number of years ago, I had to deal with the reality of being lactose intolerant. The most sensible solution was to cook for myself and turn the contents of my fridge into delicious creations. Initially, my lactose intolerance seemed like a culinary death sentence; instead, it ended up intensifying my passion for cooking. After all, who said that good food has to contain lactose?
