Surrey’s Melissa Goulet is a lifelong baking enthusiast. She entered the kitchen as a child, and what started out as simple cookie-making adventures gradually turned into more elaborate baking projects. She eventually embarked on a career as a wedding cake maker, and her work has been featured in innumerable bridal magazines. That part of her life is now over, but she still enjoys baking as a hobby. She also enjoys many other things: chocolate, coffee, playing ukulele, dill pickles and updating her blog, Buttercream Couture.
