You could say that Windsor-based Michele Bowman is a tad dessert-obsessed. Ever since she was a little girl, she’s been passionate about making delicious cakes, pies and cookies. She eventually turned her love of sweet treats into a career, spending the last 20 years as a part-time caterer. She currently specializes in ice-cream making and gluten-free baking, but no dessert challenge is too great for this self-taught baker.
