Can I freeze Natrel Cream?
Our cream can be frozen; however, the texture and appearance will be affected, and 35% cream will not whip as well. For a more enjoyable fresh taste and best results possible, it is always better to use fresh cream. Frozen cream can be defrosted in the refrigerator. Be sure to shake it well each time before using to obtain a smoother texture. Remember, never refreeze a product that has already been defrosted.
