Baked Oatmeal

An all-in-one breakfast dish that combines protein, carbs and even optional sneaky healthy tidbits like chia and flax. Great for preparing the night before, great for company and kids, and even greater for eating bowl after delicious bowl.

Preparation

  1. Mix together all ingredients and bake in a casserole or other oven-safe dish for 30 minutes at 350°F.
