Chai Latte with Tia Maria

Preparation

  1. Combine milk, cinnamon and ginger in a saucepan. Warm for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add remaining spices and allow to steep for 5 minutes, still over medium heat.
  3. Add tea and vanilla. Heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and strain. Pour into bowls.
  5. Add maple liqueur to each bowl and serve.
