Chai Latte with Tia Maria
- Combine milk, cinnamon and ginger in a saucepan. Warm for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add remaining spices and allow to steep for 5 minutes, still over medium heat.
- Add tea and vanilla. Heat for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain. Pour into bowls.
- Add maple liqueur to each bowl and serve.
