Easy-to-bake milk bread
Easy-to-bake bread? Really!
The recipe is very simple.
- Whisk together all the ingredients in a stand mixer for 15 minutes. Put the dough, covered in a damp cloth, in a hot oven that is turned off.
- After one hour, put the dough back in the stand mixer and mix it again for 5 minutes at low setting.
- Put back in the oven to rise. Then shape the bread in twists. Brush the twists and bake for 25 minutes at 350° F.
