Goat cheese honey walnut dip
This dip pairs the tanginess of goat cheese with the natural sweetness of honey, and adds walnuts for a toasty crunch. The perfect accompaniment for fresh plums or peaches.
- In a large bowl, beat together the goat cheese and the cream until fully incorporated.
- Stir in 3 tablespoons of honey and taste, add more if you'd like dip sweeter.
- Stir in black pepper, and all but 1 tablespoon of the walnuts (to use as garnish later).
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with remaining walnuts, and drizzle with a little honey. Serve at room temperature.
