Overnight Muesli

Make a batch of this for busy weekday mornings or a make -ahead brunch item.


  1. Grate the apple with the skin on, reserving as much of the juice as possible. 
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the apple with the remaining ingredients. 
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, the oats will have absorbed all of the flavour
  5. Stir and serve topped with your favourite toppings.
