Raspberry-almond lactose free overnight oats with chia and maple

Breakfast and brunch are such great meals to share with family and friends, but getting up extra early to prepare the food can be a pain. These overnight oats offer the perfect solution, as they can be mixed up the night before and will be ready to go in the morning! If you set out a variety of toppings, your guests can help themselves to a delicious bowl customized to their tastes. A happy morning for everyone!

Preparation

  1. In a large sealable jar or bowl, mix together the oats and milk.
  2. Add the chia seeds, maple syrup, salt and almond extract, and stir.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 6–8 hours or overnight.
  4. To serve, remove from the fridge, divide amongst bowls and top with raspberries and toasted almonds.
