Tips for handling your Québon milk:

To preserve its freshness, milk must be refrigerated at 1- 4°C (35 – 40°F).

Always leave milk in its original package, sealed tightly to preserve freshness.

A box of baking soda in the refrigerator helps prevent milk from absorbing other odours in the fridge.

Milk can be frozen for up to three weeks but some separation may occur after thawing. Shake well before serving.

Avoid leaving milk under direct light for extended periods of time because it loses part of the riboflavin vitamin and can change the flavour.
