Québon Ultra'cream Aerosol Whipping Cream is ideal for last minute dessert preparations … or just because you love the taste! It can be substituted for 35% whipping cream as a topping on any dessert. Made with real cream, it delivers a taste that non-dairy substitutes just can’t match. One 225 g can yields approximately
1 litre of whipping cream. Québon Ultra’cream Aerosol Whipping Cream (24% m.f.) is available in 225g cans.



Helpful hints

For best results with whipping cream, keep your cream as cold as possible without freezing. All bowls and utensils should be pre-chilled as well. This will result in a smoother, lighter and fluffier finished product with a greater yield.

Adding a small amount of 15% cream will usually correct overwhipped cream.

Most creams should not be frozen. They curdle and become grainy when thawed. However, in most cases you can freeze a sauce that has been made with cream. To serve once frozen, slowly reheat the sauce and add a small amount of fresh cream.

For optimal freshness, keep cream refrigerated at 4° C or 40° F.

A large spoonful of whipped cream with home made jam will turn plain waffles, crepes and scones into irresistible delicacies.
