Apple Cranberry Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups (625 ml) Sealtest or Québon Ultra'cream 10% cream
2/3 cup (150 ml ) granulated sugar
1 tsp (5 ml) ground cinnamon
5 cups (1250 ml) cubed egg bread
2 cups (500 ml) peeled diced apple
1/2 cup (125 ml) dried cranberries

Preparation:

Whisk eggs, cream, sugar and cinnamon together in large bowl. Stir in bread, apple and cranberries. Mix well.

Turn into an 8" (20 cm) square or 2 qt (2 L) baking dish. Place pan in a large pan and fill outer pan with hot water to 1" (2.5 cm) up sides of pudding dish.

Bake at 350 °F (180 °C) for 55 to 60 minutes or until golden and set. Serve warm.
