Ingredients:
2 cups (500 ml) Québon Ultra’cream 3% Custard Cream
¼ tsp (1 ml) each: ground ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg
2 tbsp (30 ml) cornstarch
12 baked 3 inch (7.5 cm ) tart shells
2 cups (500 ml) fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, peaches, pears, ground cherries or cantaloupe, etc.)
Natural apple jelly (optional)

Preparation:

In a saucepan, heat custard cream with spices, without boiling.
|

Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and pour into custard cream, whipping constantly. Simmer until thick.
|
|

|
Pour into tart shells, cover with plastic film and cool.
|

Top with fruit and glaze with melted apple jelly, if desired.
