Warm n Cheesy Artichoke Spread

Ingredients
1 can (14 oz / 398 ml) artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup (250 ml) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup (250 ml) Sealtest Sour Cream
1/2 cup (125 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp (5 ml) dried basil leaves
Paprika (optional)
Crackers, pita chips or French baguette slices

Preparation

Chop artichokes finely but not smooth in food processor.
|
|

Stir in next 5 ingredients.
|
|
3.
|
Spread in pie plate or shallow baking dish.
|
|
4.
|
Sprinkle lightly with paprika, if desired.
|
|
5.
|
Bake at 350ºF (180ºC) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until heated through.
|
|
6.
|
Serve warm with crackers.
|

TIP:
Prepare ahead and pop in the oven just before guests arrive.
