Fresh Fruit Pizza

Ingredients:
1 package of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1 cup (250 ml) Ultra'cream or Sealtest 35% whipping cream, whipped
1/2 cup (125 ml) marshmallow cream from the grocery
12 (approximately) strawberries, sliced
3 (approximately) kiwis, peeled and sliced
2 (approximately) bananas, peeled, sliced and dipped in lemon juice
6 pineapple slices, peeled and cut in pieces
1 cup (250 ml ) fresh raspberries

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Butter and flour a 12 in (30 cm) pizza pan or cookie sheet.

With a rolling pin, roll the cookie dough into an 11 in (27 cm) circle and place it on the pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until golden. Cool completely.

Mix the whipped cream with the marshmallow cream. Spread the mixture over the cookie, leaving a one inch (2.5 cm) edge. |

Arrange fresh fruit in an attractive manner over the cream. Refrigerate until serving. |
