Granola Munchies

Ingredients : Topping

500 mL (2 cups) granola cereal with raisins
500 mL (2 cups) corn flakes
180 mL (3/4 cup) Ultra’cream from
Québon Custard Cream
30 mL (2 tbsp) all-purpose flour
30 mL (2 tbsp) honey
1 large egg, beaten

Preparation: TOPPING

1.

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).

2.

Combine all ingredients, mixing until crumbly. Set aside. 


Preparation:

Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).

2.

In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.

3.

Press mixture evenly into an oiled 28 cm x 18 cm (11” x 7”) cake pan.

4.

Bake for 20 minutes.

5.

Cool and cut into 16 bars.
