Ingredients 1 oz (30 ml) Pernod
1.25 cups (300 ml) cold milk
ground cloves

Mix Pernod and milk in a cocktail shaker along with 5-6 ice cubes.

2.

Pour into a glass, and garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
|
|
3.

Sprinkle with ground cloves.
|

Non-alcoholic version: Substitute 1/2 oz (15 ml) anisette-flavoured syrup for Pernod.
