Triple Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1/3 cup each (75 ml) diced banana, raspberries, strawberries
1 cup (250 ml) Sealtest or Québon 1% Milk
1 - 2 tbsp (15 - 30 ml) honey

Preparation

1.

Combine all ingredients in blender container. Process until smooth.

2.

Pour into chilled glasses.
