Tarragon and Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml) Sealtest or Québon buttermilk 1/2 cup (125 ml) Tarragon vinegar 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil 2 tbsp (30 ml) minced green onions 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt 1/4 tsp (1 ml) pepper 1-3 tbsp (15-45 ml) grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a closed, sealed container and shake well.
|

Keep refrigerated for a few hours and shake well before serving.
|
|

Serve on a green salad, cold chicken or cold poached fish
|
