Fruit Curried Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
8 oz (250 g) fusilli pasta, cooked
3 cups (750 mL) diced cooked chicken
1-1/2 cups (375 mL) seedless red grapes, halved
3 stalks celery, sliced
1/4 cup (50 mL) finely chopped fresh parsley
2 cups (500 mL) SEALTEST Cottage Cheese
1/2 cups (125 mL) SEALTEST Sour Cream
1/3 cup (75 mL) mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 mL) curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine first 5 salad ingredients in large bowl.

Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Add to salad ingredients. Mix well. Cover and chill 2 hours for flavours to blend.

Tip:
• Replace chicken with turkey, ham or smoked chicken.
• Replace fresh parsley with 1 tbsp (15 mL) dried parsley flakes.
• Increase or decrease curry powder to suit your own personal taste.
