The Association des Hôteliers du Québec seized its 53rd annual general assembly to announce this year’s recipients of the “Chevalier de l’Ordre du mérite hôtelier” award. Every year, the award honours the contribution to the growth of the hotel and tourism industry. To mark a supplier’s contribution to the advancement of the hotel management profession, the Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite Hotelier award was presented to Natrel.
Natrel has been an active member of the Association des Hôteliers du Québec for the last 12 years. Founded in 1949, the AHQ represents 521 hotels from across Québec as well as 66 associate and supporting member establishments.

Winners Announced in Recipe Contest
|
|
|
In its May edition, Décoration chez soi magazine partnered with Ultra’crème to host a contest titled “Le secret est dans la crème” which ran from April 12 to May 9, 2002.
Consumers submitted original recipes featuring Natrel Ultra’crème for a chance to win a Frigidaire brand refrigerator, range and dishwasher -- a grand prize valued at $5,147.00. Three Cuisinart food processor and coffeemaker sets were offered as secondary prizes.
Over 750 people entered. The “Le secret est dans la crème”grand prize winner is Annette Mongeon, of Sainte-Julie, for her Coquilles à la parisienne entry, which you will find posted in our website’s recipe page.
Other winners were Lise Lefèvre of Montréal, Lianne Villeneuve of Laval and Gisèle Marquis-Vincent of St-Gérard des Laurentides.
