Live a delicious
lactose free life

What is lactose?

Lactose is a sugar that occurs naturally in milk. Lactose must be broken down by lactase for the human body to absorb it. When it is not completely digested, lactose ferments in the body, causing gas and acidity.

You’re not condemned to living without your favourite dairy products.
