Mini Fruit Salad Flatbreads

Ingredients
  • 4 mini flatbreads
  • 200 G Natrel Whipped Dip and Spread (Plain flavour)
  • 1 CUP blueberries
  • 1/4 CUP green grapes, halved
  • 4 strawberries, halved
  • 1 fig, quartered
  • Fresh mint, to serve with
  • Liquid honey, to serve with
  • Honeycomb, to garnish (optional)
Preparation
  1. Spread about 50 g of Natrel Whipped Dip and Spread on each mini flatbread.
  2. Top each flatbread with some of each fruit, a sprig of mint and a drizzle of honey. Garnish with honeycomb (if using). Serve immediately.
