Aromatized Butter

Flavoured butter allows you to integrate all kinds of flavours to your dishes thanks to herbs, spices and other aromatics. Experiment with different combinations using your garden's herbs, such as tarragon, basil, mint or chives, and taste the possibilities!

Ingredients
  • 20 g of Natrel organic salted butter, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp of fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well.
  2. To obtain pretty rounds of butter to put on the table, spread the mixture on parchment paper or plastic wrap.
  3. Work the butter into a cylinder and surround it tightly with plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate or freeze until use.
  5. You can now spread the butter on your bread, melt it in a sauce, or even use it for basting.
