Chicken Lettuce Wraps with spicy avocado dill sauce

A quick and healthy bite that’s perfect for a quick lunch or a mid-afternoon snack.


  1. In a blender, place avocado, herbs, garlic, lime juice, sesame oil and Natrel Lactose Free. Blend until creamy and smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit more Natrel Lactose Free. Stir in the Sriracha sauce and and salt and pepper to taste.
  1. To assemble wraps, take one lettuce leaf and add chicken, radicchio, a few radish slices and some grated carrot. Drizzle with sauce and top with chopped almonds and fresh dill.
