Chocolate protein bars

These chocolate protein bars are a delicious reward for muscles that have worked hard. Easy to make and carry, they’re a good snack after yoga practice or a morning run!


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F . In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients using a wooden spoon.
  2. In a second larger bowl, place all the wet ingredients. Mix in the dry ingredients, stirring until the mixture holds together well.
  3. Place the mixture in an 8” x 8” parchment-lined baking pan and cook in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into 8 bars.
