Cookies & Cream Shake
A healthier, lactose free version of the classic shake.
- The night before drinking the shake, peel bananas and place in a zip lock bag in the freezer.
- In a food processor, combine frozen bananas and ½ cup of Natrel Lactose Free 2%. Process until smooth and creamy- it should look like actual ice cream.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the shake into three glasses. Top each serving with whipped cream, crushed cookies and a cherry. Serve immediately.
