Maple Bubble Tea

A refreshing treat that takes old-fashioned iced tea to a whole new level.

Preparation

  1. Steep tea in hot water for 5 minutes. Filter and place in fridge or freezer to cool.
  2. In a saucepan, bring two cups of water to a boil. Add tapioca pearls and cook for 12 minutes over medium heat, stirring often.
  3. Drain pearls and rinse in cold water. Divide between 2 large glasses.
  4. Divide tea and maple milk between glasses. Serve very cold.
