Maple French Toast

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar. Add milk and mix well.
  2. Melt a few cubes of butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Dip the slices of bread into the milk mixture. Fry them in the greased pan until bread is golden on each side.
  4. Serve with maple syrup, jam or any other spread.
