Raspberry Syrup for Coffee

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Cook over medium heat, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Strain the syrup using a small sieve and pour into a small glass bottle.
