Strawberry, Almond and Maple Smoothie

A grown-up, drinkable version of the classic PB&J. Nutty, fruity and just a bit spicy.


  1. Combine 1 cup of maple milk with the oats and let sit for 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Grate ginger on a microplane into the blender bowl. Add all other ingredients and puree until smooth.
