Sun-dried tomato, basil and poppy seed butter
Warning to all: this butter is highly addictive! Use it once and you won’t be able to stop. Without fail, it’s a hit whenever I serve it with a few slices of multigrain bread as an appetizer.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir with a whisk.
- Transfer the butter to a glass jar or small dish and keep refrigerated until serving time.
