  • 2 cups Natrel Maple milk
  • ½ cup roughly chopped kale leaves, stems removed
  • ½ cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground flax seeds
Preparation
