- 2 cups Natrel Maple milk
- ½ cup roughly chopped kale leaves, stems removed
- ½ cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 large ripe banana
- ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp freshly ground flax seeds
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of your blender and puree until smooth.
