These ice pops are very quick to prepare and the recipe only has a few ingredients.
- 2¼ cups of Natrel Chocolate Milk or Dark Chocolate Milk
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- In a bowl, mix some chocolate milk with cornstarch. Whisk until the cornstarch dissolves completely.
- Pour the chocolate milk and cornstarch mix into a pan with the remaining chocolate milk and heat. When the milk begins to simmer, warm up for a few minutes, stirring constantly with a whisk. Heat until the milk thickens.
- Let cool to room temperature and pour into ice moulds. Freeze for 6 hours.
