Caramel bechamel sauce for white meat

all-purpose flour

Natrel Caramel Latte Flavoured Milk

tsp.
salt

tsp.
nutmeg, grated or ground

herbes de Provence
Pinch of freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and mix.
Gradually pour in the milk, mixing with a whisk. Add the salt, pepper, nutmeg and herbes de Provence. Cook on high heat, whisking until the sauce thickens (about 7 to 10 minutes).
Serve as an accompaniment to white meat.
