Ingredients
- 20 g of Natrel organic salted butter, room temperature
- 2 tbsp of fresh tarragon, chopped
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice
- Freshly ground salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well.
- To obtain pretty rounds of butter to put on the table, spread the mixture on parchment paper or plastic wrap.
- Work the butter into a cylinder and surround it tightly with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate or freeze until use.
- You can now spread the butter on your bread, melt it in a sauce, or even use it for basting.
